What about copyright and licensing?
Each song we create for you is an original work of authorship.
Copyright and intellectual property remain with the producer (Melody Portrait) of the song.
The producer (Melody Portrait) can continue to work with the song and use it at their discretion - for commercial and non-commercial purposes (e.g. as a demonstration of their work or on platforms, in the media, on social networks, etc.).
You acquire the right to the song:
- listen,
- donate,
- share in a private and non-commercial scope.
With a commercial license for companies, you can also use the song for marketing, advertising, etc.
If the song becomes successful (e.g. on radio or other media and social networks), all financial and non-financial benefits belong to the producer of the song (Melody Portrait), unless we agree otherwise exclusively in writing by contract.
If you are interested in commercial use of the song, we will be happy to resolve this with you individually.
